DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:1 .Conducts site inspection and survey the proposed or ongoing projects.
- Performs risk, value management and cost control.
- Prepares tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Prepares contracts, including details regarding quantities required on materials.
- Prepares contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentations.
6 Analyzes completed works and billings of payment to contractors.
- Conducts site visits, assessments and projections for future projects.
- Provides advice and forecasts about costs.
- Analyzes completed works and billings of payment to contractors.
- Arranges payments to suppliers and contractors.
- Ensures quality output in all projects assigned.
- Ensures that all deadlines given for specific projects are met.
Qualifications: - Should be College Graduate
Must have active license in Civil Engineer- Preferred Senior level experience
Other Skills Requirements:
MS Office, AutoCAD, PM Software Available to work in Ortigas Center Mandaluyong City
