Job Description
- Responsible for pricing or forecasting the cost of the different components needed in the project.
Tracking changes to the design and/or construction works.- Responsible for adjusting budget projections in the project.
Selecting and sourcing of materials, contractors and sub-contractors.
- Experience in site supervision is an advantage.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 to 2 years of work experience is an advantage but not required.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.- Knowledgeable in Building codes, regulations, construction contracts, cost estimation, cost control, financial management, risk management and project management.
