Excellent Peoples Multi-Purpose Cooperative is looking for Quantity Surveyor to be deployed at Paranaque City Prepare cost estimates for construction projects, including bills of quantities and materials.
Negotiate contracts with contractors and subcontractors thru our SCM (Supply Chain Management)
Monitor project costs and ensure that they stay within budget
Prepare and submit cost reports to TSD management
Analyze and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Develop and maintain cost databases (UCA Unit Cost Analysis)
Resolve cost-related disputes between contractors, vendors with SCM involvement
Qualifications and Skills
Knowledgeable on quantity surveying or a related field
Membership in a professional quantity surveying organization
Strong knowledge of construction estimating and cost management principles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Construction estimating software is advantage
