Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical or Electrical)

JOB DESCRIPTION
1 Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements (BOQ) based on designs and / or site conditions
2 Scrutinizing material and labor costs to ensure the best deals
3 Liasing with Project Manager, PE, Design team, consultant, Procurement team, contractors and subcontractors
4 Preparing reports, analyses, budgets, rsij and other documents
5 Traveling to various sites as required to come up with the BOQ

• QUALIFICATION

1 Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Engineering, Management or similar (license ENGR is a plus factor, mechanical or Electrical)
2 Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
3 Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills
4 Ability to organize, plan and strategize
5 Sound knowledge of construction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,

• 00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
