Quantity Surveyor

Position Summary:

The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. This role involves cost planning, budgeting, and contract management to ensure that construction projects are completed within their financial targets. The Quantity Surveyor works closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

• Qualifications:

Education - Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering

• Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related role within the construction industry.

• Proven track record of managing costs and contracts on large-scale construction projects.
