Quantity Surveyor Manager
- Manages the performance of his team and oversees that their assigned tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensures systems and processes of services rendered are delivered to the clients satisfactorily.
- Acts as liaison between client and QSI
- Computes for cost escalation (material or labor)
- Represents the company in high-level corporate meetings
- Develops process controls for ISO documentation
- Manages the profitability of company operations
- Prepares cost estimates and QS for the project assigned to him in a timely manner.
- Organizes Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) based on the 16 CSI Division
- Derives equipment rates, interprets specifications, Consolidates the Bill of Quantities (BOQ),
- Prepares Key Performance Index (KPI)
- Prepares schematic costing, Processes performance ratios, Prepares cash flow / S-curve / schedule
- Prepares procurement packages, develops cost codes, Performs value engineering exercises
- Manages design team during VE discussions
- Presides over bid conferences and bid openings
- Handles manpower and logistics planning, execution, and control
- Monitors and controls site accomplishment
- Ensures compliance of installation of the applicable industry standards
- Handles orientations of client's representative
- Assists the QS during reconciliation meetings
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the Management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
At least 7 yrs. experienced employee specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
