Examining and reviewing or assessing construction plans and prepares quantity needs and cost of materials.- Create price and/or forecast of the cost of materials needed as well as feasibility studies.
Undergo quality take-off and plan evaluation.
- Prepare tender documents, budgets, bill of quantities and other relevant documents to be presented to the clients.
Track changes in plans or constructions and measure and value work done on site- Evaluate completes work based on evaluation of project engineers, oversee bills and arrange payment.
Liaising and working collaboratively with project engineer/manager, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
- Participates as a member of the Bidding Committee for the architectural and general construction bidding.
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or any equivalent course.
- At least 3 years relevant working experience.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, 3D, architectural desktop and Auto cad.- With experience in design and development process for restaurant projects.
Ability to prepare cost estimates and process bids and awards.
- Knowledge in Cost Estimates ( CSA and basic MEPFS).
Willing to work in Makati City.
