Qualifications
- Must have at least 2 years experience in cost estimates (fit-out and ground-up)
- Must be a graduate of BS Architecture and BS Civil Engineering
- Must be willing to work at Quezon City Office
- Detail oriented and can work on tight deadlines
Job Description
- Creates detailed cost estimates for projects
- Coordinates with Purchasing Officer for material prices
- Coordinates with direct supervisor for project directives
- Prepares bid documents for bidding projects
