Job Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Preferably licensed Electrical Engineer- with experience as Quantity Surveyor
willing to start as soon as possible
- At Least 1 year related experience
willing to assign at Bacoor City, Cavite
Job Description:
- Maintain and review Cost Plans for all stage of Project development in coordination with the External QS, if applicable and other department.
- Maintain quality control systems that ensure all information and documentation provided by External QS, if applicable is complete, comprehensive, up to date, checked and coordinated.
- Monitor, review and record the progressive statements of costs against the anticipated final costs of the project and advise on the methods to maintain agreed budgets as required.
- Overall coordination and monitoring in terms of costs in the whole life cycle of a project. From Pre Construction stage to Final Closing.
- Requirement to attend regular meetings throughout the course of the project.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
