Must be a graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or any related course.
Must be a Licensed Engineer/Architect.
Minimum of 3-5 years [610 years for seniors] of combined experience in construction
- With Experience in Pre-construction and Post Construction
Knowledgeable in Planswift Software.- With experience in construction management and has experience handling high-rise residential buildings
Being a member of PICQS is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work On-Site
