The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the preparation of complete financial bid submittals. He or she will perform/contribute to ensure that all project requirements specified in the issued drawings, specifications, and bid documents are thoroughly reviewed and incorporated in the tender proposal. The position is in charge of the preparation of the initial cost proposal for review by the Section Head and Department Head. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for liaising with client representatives, suppliers, and subcontractors during the bidding process to ensure that all proposals are compliant with the design and the requirement of the client.
Educational Attainment:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Building or related field.
1-2 years of work experience in construction or any related field- Keen on details; Negotiation Skills
