Responsibilities
- Bid and Tender Preparation: Lead the preparation and submission of competitive bids, ensuring all tender requirements are met, including pricing, technical submissions, scheduling, and coordination with relevant departments.
- Cost Estimation and Takeoffs: Perform quantity takeoffs to accurately estimate the required materials, labour, plant, and subcontractor services for each project, ensuring bids are competitive while maintaining profitability.
- Tender Document Review: Analyse and interpret tender documentation to fully understand the client's requirements, identifying key deliverables, risks, and opportunities, while ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess financial and operational risks associated with the project and develop strategies to mitigate these risks during both the tender and construction phases.
- Supplier and Subcontractor Management: Prepare and send out subcontractor and supplier tender packages, reviewing quotes and ensuring competitive pricing that aligns with project budgets and specifications.
- Program: Develop and update as necessary the construction program in line with contract documents.
- Tender Submission: Oversee the complete tender submission process, ensuring timely delivery of all required documents. This includes both price submissions (cost estimates, breakdowns) and non-price criteria submissions (methodology, project experience, safety records, sustainability plans, and any other client-specific requirements).
- Non-Price Criteria Submission: Prepare and submit detailed documentation addressing non-price criteria for tenders, including company capability, past performance, proposed project management approach, risk management, quality assurance, environmental impact, and safety management plans.
- Contract Administration: Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, manage contract negotiations, and ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions, while addressing any variations that arise during the project.
- Create Shop Drawings: Develop detailed shop drawings based on design specifications, ensuring they accurately reflect the materials, dimensions, and construction processes needed for the project. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure shop drawings meet all project requirements.
- Create As-Built Documentation: Prepare and finalise as-built drawings throughout the construction phase, documenting any changes from the original design, and ensuring the drawings are accurate for future reference.
- Handover Manual Preparation: Compile and manage the preparation of the handover manual, ensuring it includes all required information such as as-built drawings, warranties, operating manuals, and maintenance schedules, as per client and project specifications

- Monday to Friday (7AM-4PM; Manila Time)
