Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor at ABI in Taguig. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks such as cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. The role involves working closely with the project team to ensure accurate cost estimations and monitoring throughout the construction process.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, CIQS) is an advantage.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying.

- Strong understanding of civil engineering contracts, methods, and materials.

- Proficiency in QS software and tools, such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and CostX.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Accuracy of cost estimates and forecasts.

- Timeliness in preparing and submitting financial reports.

- Effectiveness in managing variations and claims.

- Percentage of cost savings achieved through value engineering.

- Compliance with project timelines and budget.
