Role Purpose
To Inspect the fleet of NEOM and suppliers, and ensure it is safe to operate.
Responsible for ensuring that products and services meet the established standards set by NEOM
Community Services. Duties include maintaining strong overall quality control of services provided by
Transportation department, adhering to reliability, performance, and customer expectation.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
- Coordinate Fleet Management reports with the Service provider
- Daily Follow up with Service providers (Maintenance reports, maintenance scheduling, spare
- parts and accessories.
- Daily Inspect with Service providers (Driver grooming, drivers duty time, accommodations,
- Spare parts, cleaning issues, uniforms etc.)
- Highlighting challenges, and resolving issues of fleet with suppliers
- Follow up the out of operation vehicles, inspect replacement or new vehicles.
- Daily inspection reports All fleet must be periodically inspected.
- Vehicle Standards and Hygiene
- Driver Standards and Regulations
- Service Development and Improvement
- Coordinate and monitor all service providers for day-to-day mechanical and technical tasks.
- Provide Daily summary sheets, weekly and monthly reports as required by line manager.
- Flexible for daily multiple site visits for inspection of the fleet.
- Ensure Health & Safety and Quality procedures are correctly implemented and make sure the
- vehicles are roadworthy.
- Highlighting and supporting KPI preparation following the contractual requirements.
- Perform all other related duties as requested by Transportation, Logistics & Retail Manager
BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a flexible approach to work and be able to work under pressure and be result oriented.
- Ability to deal with people in a manner which shows professionalism, sensitivity, tact, and
- efficiency.
- Must be confident in using computers, tablets, and software applications, including Microsoft
- Office and other related systems.
- Strong customer service focuses on the ability to work to strict deadlines and meet them
- professionally.
- Experience of Transport quality assurance 2 years
- An effective communicator and a problem solver
- Self-motivated being required at times to work with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- High School
- Microsoft Office
- Driving License
- 3 years of experience (Transportation, inspector)
