Quality Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

Ensures consistent quality of products for internal & external customers.
Effectively and efficiently utilize allocated resource
Participates in HACCP and food safety documents review
Prepares Quality Plan from Incoming to Outgoing.
Prepare Sampling Analysis Plan
Conducts inspection to processing (Incoming, In Process to Outgoing)
Uses statistical techniques for the observation of product quality performance and trends.
Coordinates / participates in internal audit, on site audit and supplier's audit
Implements inventory control and maintenance program for laboratory equipment.
Prepares periodic reports to update upper management.
Mentors, manages & monitors work performance of deployed employees according to KPIs.
Assists the Quality Manager in achieving operational effectiveness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,
