Job Description

Education:
  • Graduate of any 4-year course (Business Related Course) (Non-Nego)
  • Experience:
1 year and up in Administrative (Non-Nego)
  • Has an experience in conducting phone calls and emails.
  • Special skills:
Proficient in MS Excel and WordPower BI, an advantage
Good communication skill
Attention to detail, team player, resourceful, results-oriented
  • Position Objective: This position is responsible for providing support to the Business Quality team to ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of reports and projects.
  • Roles and Responsibilities.

  • Generate data and validate findings from the following:
  • Market Conduct Monitoring Tool
Early Warning System
Welcome CallsPost Contest Review
  • Agent Portfolio Review
Mystery Shopping
Policy ReplacementSocial media findings

  • Coordinate findings with the BQ team.

  • Release and monitor correspondence (e.g. Request to Explain) to the agency force.

  • Enhance existing processes to shorten BQ's turnaround time.

  • Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by the supervisor to meet operational and/or other business requirements.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
