- BUSINESS PROCESS SPECIALIST
Collaborates with the different departments to identify, document, and analyze current business processes- Develops process flows, workflows, and diagrams to visualize current and future processes
Conducts analysis of process performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
- Proposes and implements process improvements, automation solutions, and other best practices to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality
Acts as point person for business processes and provides guidance and support to other stakeholders- Leads and facilitates process improvement workshops, training sessions, and meetings
Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of implemented process changes, making adjustments as needed
- Maintains documentation of process changes, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Conducts audits of other departments processes to ensure compliance with the documented processes, policies, and standards- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business process management
Preferably a Bachelor's degree holder in Industrial Engineering- At least 1 year work experience as Business Process Specialist or equivalent

- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify problems, brainstorm potential solutions, and implement effective changes
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with software tools for process mapping, data
With some experience as a Business Process Specialist, Business Analyst, or similar role- Willing to travel to do process audits in offsite branches
Preferably with experience in using ERP systems
