JOB SUMMARY:
Ensures that materials used for production and the finished products meets the established standards, specifications, and parameters to maintain the quality.
- A. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Incoming / Receiving Inspection
- Identify which material needs incoming or receiving inspection process.
- Performs incoming / receiving inspection process in accordance to the established standards, work instructions, specifications, and quality controls.
- Confirm quality conformance of the received unit/parts.
- Knows handling of non-conforming product and /or materials and its proper segregation and keeping.
- Recording incoming/receiving result.
- Reporting of abnormality encounter during incoming inspection.
- Communicate & feedback interrelated personnel any abnormality or inquires related to received parts/unit and follow-up disposition.
- Knows how to be used tools & equipment related to their inspection.
- In process & Outgoing
- Identify which product need QC inspection in reference to the Quality Plan
- Performs in-process & outgoing inspection process in accordance to the established standards, work instructions, specifications, and quality controls of the finished assembly (sub or main assembly) of products.
- Confirm quality conformance of the finished assembly (sub or main assembly) of products.
- Knows handling of non-conforming product and /or materials and its proper segregation and keeping.
- Reports any abnormality encounter in sub-assembly process.
- Communicate & feedback interrelated personnel any abnormality or inquires related to received parts/unit.
- Knows how to be used tools & equipment related to their inspection.
- B. JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- I. Educational Background:
Highschool Graduate or Undergraduate but with work related experience; experience in SMT manufacturing is a plus
- II. Experience: At least 1-year experience in related assembly manufacturing Preferably assigned as Quality Control Department
- III. Knowledge, Skills and Attitude:
- Knowledgeable in mechanical and electronic parts
- Knowledgeable in assembly
- Knowledgeable IPC or SMT (Surface Mount Technology) standards
- Understand the importance of quality conformance
- Can follow SOP with less supervision
- Good interpersonal skills
- Team player

Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php12,207.00 per month
