DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
A. Perform housekeeping
B. Follow the QC SOP.
C. Perform the machine qualification and set-up.
D. Monitors RH & Temp.
E. Perform the line audit
F. Callout discrepancies and issue ITR/Holds & Release tag.
G. Perform document checking
H. Ensures the quality of lot being inspected/monitored.
I. Record details of inspection/monitoring on log sheet for traceability purpose.
J. Ensures that production personnel complies with the company SOP.
Qualification Summary
High School Graduate
-with at least 3 years experience as Inspector.
College Undergraduate
-with or without experience.
