Position: Quality Control Specialist

Salary: PHP 25,000-PHP 28,000 plus 2k allowance
Work Set Up: Work onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree holder.
With 2-3 years experience in the BPO QA field and environment
With experience in monitoring voice, email, and chat interactions.
Willing to attend face-to-face interview.
Amendable to work onsite.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for monitoring formats and standards for call, chat, and email interactions.
Responsible for customer and client programs to identify customer needs and expectations.
Manage and provide recommendations on identified critical and non-critical errors.
Manage internal and external quality reports for management staff review.
Other task may be assigned.
