QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in science major in Agriculture, Biology, Animal Science, or Food Technology, or its equivalent.
Open for Fresh-graduates.
- Oversee the quality of plant production
Monitor and evaluate production run of plant based on quality standards
Coordination with production for real time checking and testing of product quality and identify quality deficiencies
Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure consistency of setting parameters to achieve quality product standards
Coordination with client (Cargill) on the Finish Goods transmittal procedures
Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications
- Develop plans and programs to improve and sustain plant's production quality
Support in the development of new standards for production and design, and create testing protocols for implementation across all production lines
Attend and join in Shift Turn-Over Meeting (STOM) to be conducted by the operations team (Operations, Maintenance)
Support the implementation of Quality Planning Strategy
- Monitoring, Inspection and Evaluation of Quality Performance
Monitor and evaluate quality reports on a day-to-day basis
Lead in the conduct of Root Cause Analysis for any compliant and nonconformance and track corrective and preventive actions
Keep records of quality investigations and corresponding corrective and preventive actions for future references
Establish and report on a monthly basis the Quality performance of the plant
- Observe, comply and ensure that all quality personnel will observe (OH&S) procedures
Comply with OH&S rules and regularization
Ensure 100% implementation of Housekeeping within the area of responsibility
Ensure safe working procedures, practices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are strictly followed
- Embark on improvement undertakings
Oversee and ensure proper documentation of manuals and reports for future reference
Initiate and participate in relevant technical discussions/presentations
Act as a plant PCO and monitor plant permits and licenses from BAI, EMB, DENR, DOE, and other government offices required in the safe operation of the plant.
