1 Monitors quality assurance activities of the quality controllers and analyst
2 Conducts, prepares and gives quality assurance reports and analysis, to ensure products conform to specifications and process parameters set still applicable
3 Prepares quality assurance reports and analysis regarding product losses, defective materials, production/controlling rejects and discrepancies. Ensures that these are communicated with the operation
4 Ensures corrective and preventive actions are implemented to prevent occurrence of quality incidents
5 Oversees performance of the QA personnel, including promptness towards work
6 Conducts necessary training and gives examination to validate level of proficiency of contractual personnel
7 Coordinates with other departments, particularly Operations, regarding problems encountered during production
8 Gives necessary disposition and troubleshooting regarding observed abnormalities in line
9 Ensures GMP and quality controls are strictly implemented and observed
10 Updates calibration records of all laboratory and process equipment
11 Supervises the production process pertaining to quality and that parameters are met
12 Supervises laboratory analysis
13 Supervises line trials for reformulated and new products
14 Supervises receiving and testing of incoming raw and packaging materials
15 Supervises rejection of materials and report
16 Responsible in monitoring daily activities of Quality Analyst concerning laboratory analysis
17 Ensures that activities regarding Quality issues comply with the standard operating procedures
18 Coordinates and work-out with Commi. Mgr. encountered costumer complaint and Hold items
19 Responsible on monitoring and implementing Good Manufacturing Practices ( GMP) , GLP and Food Safety/Halal
20 Responsible on the implementation of Quality Management system and conduct audit activities
21 Ensures GMP and HACCP training are cascaded to every IPIC/IMIC employee and strictly implemented
22 Responsible on records and document control
23 Ensures all Finished Goods are produced and undergo Quality Standard based on Client's manufacturing manual from testing of incoming raw/packaging materials, preparation and product laboratory analysis
24 Handling of Non-Conforming Product Rejection/Holding of Raw & Packaging Material
25 Monitors Phy-chem Analysis
26 Check and monitored of Incoming Inspection Raw and Packaging Materials
27 Monitoring of Off Line and In-Line Process Product Quality Inspection
28 Check and Monitoring of Finished Goods Inspection & Releasing of Finished Goods
29 Handling and Monitoring of Material Identification and Product Traceability Procedure
