Job description: Inspects all outgoing delivery of warehouse.
Preparing, implementing and updating of existing HACCP, SOP, QA quality assurance programs, policies and procedures.
Identifying and resolving workflow and dispatching issues.
Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed.
Addressing and discussing issues or if non-conformances were encountered and proposed solutions with superiors.
Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports.
Making recommendations for improvement.
Ensure ongoing abidance by industry regulatory and quality requirements.
Check and secure proper stock rotation of warehouse
Checks GMP of night shift personnel
Investigate and consolidates Goods Return from warehouse to commissary
Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Nutrition or Equivalent.
At least 1-2 years experience in the food manufacturing industry or kitchen commissary.
Knowledge in Food Safety, GMP and HACCP Principles.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
Working experience operating electrical and non-electrical laboratory equipment.
Ability to work in a night shift schedule.
