Quality Control/ Assurance Specialist- Graduate of Food Technology, Chemistry, and Chemical Engineering. Nutritionist or its equivalent field.
Knowledgeable in cGMP, HACCP, and Food Safety. Knowledgeable in Line and FG inspection.
- Knowledgeable in RM/PM inspection.
Possesses a positive attitude towards multi-tasking, attention to detail, and a high level of integrity on the job.- Productive in an environment of targets and responsibilities as assigned by the QA Manager or as required by management.
Firm in his/her abilities and an effective collaborator;
- Skilled at using Microsoft Applications such as but not limited to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Displays well-developed interpersonal skills.- Willing to work in a shifting work schedule.
Advantageous if the applicant is:With extensive experience in Food Manufacturing especially Baking Industry.
- Skilled in various ISO documentation such as but not limited to Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective Action Report, among others. Experienced in conducting pre-start-up checking of all relevant parameters as indicated in the cGMP, HACCP, and Food Safety checklist.
Proficiency in evaluating incoming raw materials including packaging materials and outgoing finished goods.- With knowledge in microbiological analysis such as swab testing, environmental monitoring, Aerobic Plate Count, Yeast and Molds Count, E.coli, Salmonella, and Staphylococcus aureus.
Substantial experience in the preparation of various reports as required.
- QA Specialist- With at least 2 years of related work experience in the food manufacturing industry.
QC Specialist- With at least 1 -year of related work experience in the food manufacturing industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
