Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

  • Prepare monthly and ad hoc client reports (liaise with PMPs for information and photos)
  • Provide QC Audit or other related reports to client on a timely manner (using IAuditor apps)
  • Assist in the resolution of customer complaints related to service quality.
  • Maintaining good relationships with clients
  • Upselling the Companys services where necessary by giving recommendations to client.

Day to Day Operations Management

  • Review the Service Report, ensure that Service Report are properly filled in (i.e. pest activity, housekeeping, structural defect using based on report requirements.
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure the quality services can be improved, and costs reduced
  • Communicating with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions between departments
  • Collaborate with senior quality control personnel to address and resolve issues identified during inspections.
  • Keep track and report PMP behavior via Scorecard.
  • Manage pesticide usage and rotation table, ensuring the correct pesticides are used with appropriate dilution.
  • Collect feedback for chemical quality surveys.
  • Keep check of fuel consumption and wear and tear logbook of each vehicle
  • Ensure all vehicle maintenance plans are up to date and executed.
  • Organise routine vehicle inspections for correct health and safety protocols and being kept neat and tidy.
  • Prepare monthly reports on fuel consumption, inventory and vehicles
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Operations and/or Operations Executives

Skills Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in science, engineering or environment
  • Experience in quality control preferably in pest control or related industry
  • Knowledge of international quality control standards / methodologies i.e. ISO
  • Experience with preparing risk assessments, workplace health and safety
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in preparing customer reports
  • The ability to maintain calm under pressure.
  • Efficiency and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the relevant field.
