Function Summary: Oversee the operating criteria for laboratory equipment and material used for food products, packaging, and other processes. Ensuring food safety and and quality are followed.
Job Duties & Performance Expectations:
- Conducting daily inspection in the line and ensuring compliance to implemented safety and quality systems & standards.
Conducting in-line sampling and testing of products in the line- Monitoring of in-process parameters/centerlines
Random inspection of raw materials being used during production, its integrity and traceability.
- Training QC Inspectors on testing procedures and inspection
- Qualification: Education/Experience:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Chemical Engineer, Food Technology or any Science related field.
- Must be a licensed Chemist
At least 3 years experience in in-line sampling, in-process inspection and testing, preferably in food manufacturing- Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP, FSMS, FSSC
Able to work and sustain in a hot/cold working environment.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules.
Must be willing to work on-site (San. Simon Pampanga Plant)Willing to Start Immediately.
