Working Arrangements: Mon-Fri, 9:30-6:30PM onsite
Location: RCBC Plaza, Makati
Basic Salary: Up to 100,000/month for senior candidates with relevant experience
Job Duties:
- Understand customer needs to help project teams deliver customized Talkbot solutions on the WIZ AI Platform, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Create and run test plans to check AI conversation flows, including corpus validation, exploratory testing, and coordinating pilot tests with support teams.
- Monitor the quality of AI conversations to ensure a smooth user experience, quickly resolving issues and finding root causes.
- Build and update a database of industry-specific conversation scripts, using past projects to improve the AI's ability to communicate effectively.
- Work closely with clients to identify the essential responses and dialogue flows needed for Talkbot to perform well.
- Develop and improve text responses to make Talkbot interactions engaging, adjusting based on user feedback and interaction trends.
- Provide regular training and feedback sessions for support teams to maintain high conversation quality and support ongoing improvements in Talkbot functions.
Requirements:
- Comprehensive on job training provided
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and a second language
- Experience in QA training, Conversation Design, UX or chatbot is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills are necessary for anticipating and shaping dialogues effectively.
