Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs inspection for incoming raw materials and packaging materials

  • Monitors and verifies in-line production by checking ingredients/raw materials preparation and process parameters in all production lines

  • Implements Good Manufacturing Practice

  • Conducts finished product validation through physicochemical analyses, bread scoring, and shelf life study

  • Validates customer concerns through comprehensive investigations

  • Verifies or audits action plan reports issued to responsible departments regarding product/material and process non-conformities

  • Assists in ISO and other audits of the department

  • Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly technical and non-technical reports regarding all happenings from functions
  • Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Food Technology or any related courses

  • Experience in food manufacturing is an advantage

  • Computer Literate

  • With good interpersonal skills

  • Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP, and HALAL

  • Will be under Agency

  • Amenable to work in LTI, Bian Laguna

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: Php520.00 - Php570.00 per day
