Quality Assurance Specialist

Role Description

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our outsourcing services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes, conducting tests and inspections, and collaborating with various departments and clients to maintain and improve quality standards.

• Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.

• Conduct regular inspections and testing of outsourced services to ensure compliance with quality standards and client specifications.

Identify and document any quality issues and work with relevant departments to implement corrective actions.

• Monitor and analyze quality performance data and generate reports for management review.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the outsourced service delivery process.

• Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.

Stay updated with industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

• Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer).

• Experience in offshore business process outsourcing.
