Job Description:
- Inspect incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting a visual measurement test and rejecting unacceptable materials.
- Approved and all finished products by validating specifications and conducting required test.
- Hold products for rework if needed and complete documentation for entire rework.
- Document inspection result by completing reports and logs.
- Prepare inspection plan and instructions, select sampling plan applications, analyze and solve problems, prepare procedures, train inspectors and perform audits.
- Develop process and procedure for quality control. Decide the standard to be achieved, which may involve complying with recognized systems such as the ISO 9000 Quality Management System
