As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will drive impactful change, ensuring excellence in product and performance delivery. Collaborating cross-functionally across product, engineering, sales, and operations, you'll oversee modelers output quality, address escalations, and refine workflows to meet standards. Join a dynamic, cross-cultural team delivering innovation on a global scale.

• Ensure the quality of outputs across all modeling states and enforce quality standards.
  
• Perform QA monitoring and address trouble tickets using JIRA.
  
• Use a quality monitoring data management system to compile and track team and individual performance metrics.
  
• Monitor customer service requests through messaging channels.
  
• Participate in huddles and meetings with HCA QA leadership to align with customer needs and expectations.
  
• Provide actionable data to internal support groups as necessary.
  
• Coordinate and facilitate feedback for leaders, departments, or personnel to address quality escalations effectively.
  
• Handle customer service escalations requiring quality intervention.
  
• Prepare and analyze quality reports for review by the QA Team Lead and QA Supervisor.
  
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the manager as deemed appropriate for the role.
  

Requirements

Blueprints for Excellence

• At least 1 year of professional experience in Quality Assurance or a similar role.
  
• Proficiency and creativity in using SketchUp and similar programs (preferred but not required).
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  
• Ability to think independently and utilize bug tracking tools such as JIRA.
  
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred but not required).
  
• Above-average proficiency in GSuite, HRIS, and MS Applications.
