Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement QA Processes:
- Develop and maintain quality assurance standards, processes, and metrics.
- Design and implement testing plans for products and services.
- Establish procedures for maintaining high standards of quality, reliability, and safety.
- Conduct product and service testing and inspection.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues.
- Perform root cause analysis of defects and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure quality in design and production stages.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues and implement solutions.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of testing and inspection processes.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management.
- Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports.
- Analyze quality assurance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement quality improvement plans.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and quality assurance techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in quality assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Experience in quality control, auditing, and testing.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and standards.
- Proficient in QA software tools and testing methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications such as Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or similar are preferred.
- Work is generally performed in an office environment, but may require travel to various locations for testing and inspections.
- May require occasional evening or weekend work
