Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered according to the scope of the request and meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with the development team to verify that everything is built correctly through comprehensive testing and by cross-referencing the underlying data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough testing of HubSpot implementations to ensure they meet project scope and specifications.
- Validate that all project deliverables are accurate and aligned with client requirements.
- Cross-reference underlying data to confirm that workflows, processes, and configurations function as intended.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other team members to identify and resolve any issues.
- Create and execute test cases, scenarios, and scripts to validate the quality and functionality of builds.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improving processes and quality assurance standards.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and exceed client expectations.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong experience with HubSpot (Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs) is essential.
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within a SaaS or technical environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
- Ability to cross-reference data, perform manual and automated tests, and identify discrepancies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with a distributed team.
- A proactive mindset, willing to go above and beyond to ensure project quality.
Work Hours:
- 9 AM to 3 PM Pacific Time (PT).
