Job Description:
The Quality Analyst is responsible in reviewing, analyzing, and maintaining the quality of transactions processed and meet the quality standards set by the business. The QA will also communicate and collaborate with operations to ensure the effective implementation of remediation strategies for timely closure of identified quality gaps.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform first pass and second pass audit of processed transactions within a prescribed sample size and turn-around-time against existing and new process and product guidelines
- Perform trending and analysis of results and timely communication of reports to operations
- Identify areas for improvement and support its development and implementation
- Provide feedback, and direction to the team about appropriate processing guidelines and its risks.
- Collaborate with operations in onshore and offshore, in ensuring the remediation plans are implemented on-time
Qualifications:
- College/University graduate preferably with a medical background and previous related work experience in the financial services
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must have at least one-year tenure in the current position and trained in almost all of the work types
- Excellent comprehension, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Chinese / Mandarin Literate
- Ability to determine errors, and proactively respond to situations (escalations)
- Ability to multi-task and handle different inquiries
- Good knowledge of HK IFP Business end-to-end process
- Ability to handle escalation when needed
- Should not have any attendance issues or any disciplinary action
- Must be in level 2 with an effective rating or higher
- Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Knowledge of search engines, browsers, and relevant computer applications
- Proficient in using all In-Force administration systems
