- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related courses.
- At least 3 years of software Testing/Quality Assurance experience.
- At least 3 years of quality assurance, audit, or process improvements
- Experience in process improvements of QA rather than on the testing side Software Tester/Quality Assurance
- Goes through numerous test cases to establish whether it works as expected.
- End-to-end testing focusing on user experience by interacting with different hardware, databases, applications, and systems.
- Find errors and test software functionality through random, unplanned, and informal testing.
- Test software's reliability, scalability, performance, and usability.
Checker / QA Ops Transactions
- Ensure the accuracy of details to avoid duplicate or incorrect processing
- Validates the correctness of the details e.g. Policy Number, Policy Owner, Beneficiaries, Amount of Payout/Withdrawal, Account Name, Account Number, Currency, and attachments before endorsement to Approver.
- Edits or corrects transaction details.
- Document errors in the error log.Quality Control
- Quality Control ensures that processes and transactions adhere to a predefined set of quality standards of the business.
- Perform inspection to monitor, review, and evaluate transactions
- Compile inspection results
