QUANTITY SURVEYOR Job Description:
- Good understanding and interpretation of construction plans
Job involves liaising with contractors and collecting paperwork- Prepare and check Job Orders in a timely manner
Lead the project team in terms of the financial and contractual side of the project for cost-effective projections
- Provide and advise on contractual matters related to financial issues
Perform risk assessments and suggest improvement measures- Check and provide accurate measurements of completed projects
Conduct post-con check/audit of all projects
Required Skills:
- Relevant experience in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Project Administration, and Quantity Surveying
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities- Proficient in MS office applications
Minimum 2 years related work experience, preferably with post-con experience
- Highly organized and pay great attention to details
Must be flexible, dedicated to work, competitive, and a good team player
