Responsibilities - Oversee the company's quality control systems, policies, and initiatives.
Develop and implement quality standards.- Supervise the sampling and testing of product samples for review.
Evaluate the final product to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure legal compliance.
Resolve quality-related issues in a timely and effective manner.- Create reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Conduct employee training and create an effective quality control team.
- Perform regular inspections of equipment and systems.
Ensure all company safety and quality regulations are followed.- Reporting to Warehouse Manager
Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field.- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
- Strong understanding of industry and company standards.
Excellent attention to detail and a result-driven approach.- Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient with database software and MS Office.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
