The Quality Program Manager supervises Quality Supervisors and Quality Assurance Auditor and ensures accuracy of information and quality of delivery by monitoring, auditing, reviewing, analyzing, documenting work processes that further improve clinical operations standards. The Quality Program Manager will be also responsible in managing projects. Must have proven ability to lead a diverse team of clinical quality analyst. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels are essential. Must have strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, and management skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4 year college course preferably Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BSN) with current PRC license and/or US RN license if handling pure nursing account and or US Medical Coding License if handling Revenue Cycle Management or Medical Coding accounts
• With active CPC/CIC/CCS coding certification
• Requires Operational Management experience at least 3 years

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with Health Utilization Management, Workers Compensation and Disability, Revenue Cycle Management and other Healthcare Related accounts/ industry preferred
• Quality and Process Excellence experience is an advantage Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Trained and/or Certified is an advantage
