With a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.- With knowledge and experience in Manufacturing Management, Quality Assurance Machine Maintenance is an advantage
1-4-year regulatory experience in health and beauty products, food and medical devices.
- Attended FDA training for QPIRA (Qualified Person in Industry Regulatory Affairs)

The QA Pharmacist oversees the Quality Assurance operations through the effective execution of manufacturing standards, procedures at the set frequency.

- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- I. Product Development and Regulatory Affairs
- Lead all regulatory concerns for company products under food and drugs.
- Work closely with the research and development team for product validation as needed.
- Spearhead necessary directions on product complaints from clients.
- Maintain a complete and updated database on product retentions.
- Secure and maintain certificates of analysis for all incoming shipments
- Take part in risk management
- II.Warehouse & Operations
- Establish and ensure consistent implementation of warehouse standard operating procedures.
- Work closely with warehouse head to improve and sustain proper warehousing standards.
- Perform routine inspection and/or 100% quality tests
- Assist in processing product returns and classify them accordingly.
- Process product complaints and escalate concerns to suppliers as necessary.
- Be well informed on all upcoming shipments with corresponding details.
- Conduct AQL sampling for each shipment. Notify on item status.
- Release update guidelines on checking item quality.
- Release proper work instruction sheet for every item or item bundles.
- Consistently check assembly line clearance to ensure top quality work.
- Document and study workflow deviation, suggest better options and implement improved practices.
- Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
- Ensures that all items due for dispatch bears the Quality Assurance sticker of approval prior to deliver.
- Ensure standards and safety procedures are observed at all times.
- Spearhead trainings and development on best warehousing practices.
- Propose points for improvement. Prepare corresponding SOP upon approval.
