Responsibilities- Conducts a wide range of quality control tests and analysis to ensure that software meets or exceeds specific standards and end-user requirements.
Drafts, revises and approves test plans and scripts to ensure alignment with standards and IT strategy- Creates test data files with valid and invalid records to thoroughly test program logic and verify system flow. Coordinates with others to plan user acceptance testing, alpha and beta tests.
Ensures that system tests are successfully completed and documented, and all problems are resolved.
- To undertake all system test related activities in support of the business requirements for the provision of new and updated systems.
Responsible for completing process analysis, identifying procedural and control deficiencies and recommending and implementing solutions- Developing a thorough understanding of customers Line of Business applications and their interrelationships.
Interacting extensively and effectively communicating with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional specifications for system of systems based on the product suite. Evaluating pros & cons, prioritizing and recommending options.
- Generate reports on the testing being done, and to translate them into concise reports to management. A test must be able to report on structured test cases in a way that is meaningful to the business in which they're operating.
Analyzing the defects and bugs to identify what is causing them Provide testing support and assistance to all end users including clients in different locations.
- Provide training and help in application implementation and installation.
Provide client operation and customer support via online or onsite if needed.- Work on shifting schedule (including night shift)
Analytical mind which is able to process information logically- Ability to run and operate database systems
Awareness of Software Development Life Cycle
- Basic knowledge in Test automation is advantaged
An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment- Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills

Proficient in speaking English
- Experience in customer support is a plus
Experience working with terminals is plus
