Job Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of Pharmacy, Industrial Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or any related courses;
Must have at least two (2) years working experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing;- Must have a good working knowledge and application of Quality Management System (QMS) concepts and strategies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations, pharmaceutical industry guidelines, trends and practices;
Must have the ability to comprehend and interpret technical specifications, controls and procedures prescribed by clients and/ or regulatory bodies;
- Must have good analytical skills, with an ability to use scientific knowledge and statistical methods to identify root causes of process, product failures and Out-Of-Trend (OOT);
Must have good critical and logical thinking able to identify problems but also be able to help provide solutions to ensure efficiency and quality of manufacturing process;- Must have good project management skills and competent in leading technical projects;
Must have good interpersonal skills that will involve in training production staff on quality systems, also working closely with other stakeholders to find and adjust errors in the processes;
- Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with co-employees;
Must have effective verbal and written communication skills;- Must have computer skills and knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
