Conduct internal audit
- Inspect food processing and storage operations and assist in the development of quality assurance programs for such operations
Conduct internal control samples, testing, and record-keeping ensuring completeness; maintain written and electronic records for accuracy and validity of results- Maintain records, audit records
Bachelor of Science in Food TechnologyMUST know to how conduct lab test for acids and salt

food manufacturing setting.
