Responsibilities:- Facilitates in-line monitoring of control points and ensures application of standard operational techniques and activities in the fulfillment of quality plant requirements.
Monitors implementation of quality and food safety pre-requisites programs in assigned plants.- Assist R&D and production during tests, experiments, and batch trial runs.
Assist in ensuring 100% participation of identified employees in training programs on quality and food safety.
- Perform basic or non-complex laboratory testing of materials and products.
Graduate of Food Technology, Biology, or other related science-based courses
- With basic knowledge of GMP, Food Safety, and HACCP
Preferably with at least 1 year experience as Quality Assurance Staff- Proactive, team player, result-oriented with keen attention to details
Can work with minimum supervision
