Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Mandaluyong and Makati in the role of Quality Assurance Officer.
This role focuses on ensuring accurate and timely processing of quality assurance, compliance, and governance tasks within the Consumer Collections Group. The individual adheres to service level agreements (SLAs) for various business-as-usual (BAU) activities, emphasizing effective execution of collection strategies in line with regulatory policies. The job prioritizes a customer-centric culture and involves reviewing and monitoring financial and non-financial requests, while also conducting quality assurance checks on deliverables.
