Job Description:

  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards on all contact channels while monitoring key performance metrics to improve call and chat quality.
Assist other team members on how to improve client relations through effective communication.
  • Ensure that customer service and marketing agents meets client needs and address all feedback effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,
  • 00 - Php25,000.00 per month
