Job Description:_
- Monitors and improves the performance of Quality Assurance to be more efficient through training and team development
Implements supplier management program through accreditation, supplier audits, and monitoring of raw material quality- Collaborates with commissary, warehouse, and operations in order to implement a Quality Assurance program and good manufacturing practices
Ensures regulatory or compliance of commissary, warehouse and operations in terms of food safety and quality
- Leads third party audits for certifications, accreditations and validates that corrective actions are implemented
Reviews and monitors client and event feedback
_Qualifications:
_- HACCP or Food Safety Compliance Certified
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Food Technology, Chemistry, and Nutrition
- and Dietetics or Microbiology
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Quality Assurance Manager in a Knowledgeable in Philippine Food Laws (Food Safety Act of 2013 and Code on Sanitation of the Philippines), Good Manufacturing Practices and Food and
- Drug Administration legal requirements
