Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as quality assurance, industrial engineering, or any related scientific discipline; preferably with Master's Degree
With at least 3 years experience in healthcare quality management and related roles.- Strong understanding of quality improvement methodology, analytical skills, communication abilities, and leadership qualities.
The Quality Assurance Manager ensures that all processes contributing to the performance of a clinical trial that are conducted in accordance with guidelines and other regulations. He or she is responsible for all activities involving quality assurance, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. The focus of the position is to develop, perform and manage all quality assurance related activities.
- Manages and maintain data bases for the quality system and prepares/assists in preparation of annual reports and quality trending reports.
