Quality Assurance Lead

• Key Responsibilities:

• Test Planning and Execution:

Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Identify, document, and track defects and issues through to resolution.

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define test objectives.

• Defect Reporting and Tracking:

Report and track defects using test management and defect tracking tools.

• Provide clear and concise documentation of defects and issues.

• Continuous Improvement:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in testing.

• Continuously improve test processes, frameworks, and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the whole team.

• Quality Advocacy:

Advocate for quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Contribute to the development of best practices for testing and software quality.

• Qualifications:

• Experience:

Three or more years of experience in manual testing and quality assurance.

• Experience in leading the quality assurance functional area.

Proven experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.

• Experience writing and documenting test cases.

• Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, best practices, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems (Jira).

Experience with querying and inserting data into noSQL databases (DynamoDB) is a plus.

• Experience with test automation frameworks is a plus.

• Soft Skills:

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to define their own work and be effective in an ambiguous environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100,
