- Years of Experience: 4-7 years of experience in software development or QA roles.
- Strong experience in agile environments and in leading quality initiatives.
- Advanced understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Exceptional soft skills, including communication, leadership, and collaboration.
Desirable Skills / Good To Haves:
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, etc.).
- Design, implement and maintain basic test automation frameworks.
Job Description:
Daily Routine / Role Overview
- Lead and mentor junior team members.
- Collaborate with product managers to define acceptance criteria and understand user scenarios.
- Review and improve existing test strategies and processes.
- Investigate and implement new testing tools and methodologies.
- Provide technical leadership in testing and contribute to improving product quality.
Expectation for the first 6 months
- Familiarize with the squad / product supported, AGILE practices and the standardized testing processes.
- Can create Test Analysis based on requirements, incorporating the minimum standard and guidelines set by the QA department.
- Leads / assists the TAAS in test preparation, test execution and test reporting.
- Started to create test automation scripts.
