We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in the food supplement manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. This role involves monitoring the entire production process, conducting inspections, and implementing quality control measures to guarantee the safety, consistency, and effectiveness of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Control: Perform routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet established quality standards.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and quality regulations, including FDA, GMP, and HACCP guidelines.Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality control activities. Prepare and review quality documentation, including certificates of analysis, batch records, and deviation reports.Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process and collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions.
- Training: Conduct training sessions for staff on quality control procedures and best practices to promote a culture of quality within the organization.
Audits:
Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and implementing corrective actions as needed.Customer Complaints:
Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, working closely with the customer service team to ensure satisfactory resolution.Supplier Management: Evaluate and approve suppliers based on quality standards. Monitor supplier performance and conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance.
